We shall screen all applications. The legalight.com (hereinafter referred as the ‘Site’) reserves the right to terminate or refuse to provide the services at any time, whatever without assigning any reason whatever, and the client hereby agrees that he shall not have any legal right for such refusal to provide or termination of free services.

Warranty Disclaimer

This site and its services are provided on an "as is" basis. The site makes no other representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation:

The implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement; that the site or the services will meet your requirements, will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure or operate without error; Any obligation, liability, right, claim or remedy in tort, whether or not arising from the negligence of the site;

The payments made to the site for paying the respective office fees and expenses incurred are not to be calculated for the aggregate fees paid to the site and shall be excluded for the refund by the site ;

To the full extent permissible under applicable law, the site disclaims any and all such warranties

Release and indemnification

You hereby release the site (and its agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of any service provided by the site.

Limitation of liability

That you specifically agree that no liability shall attach to the Site and agrees expressly that no one shall have any claim against the Site for services provided on any ground whatsoever.

In no event shall the site be responsible for any alleged loss of profits, damages or other expenses alleged to have been incurred by client in connection with services provided under this agreement. Client expressly waives any claims in this respect.

The site will not be liable for any damages of any kind including with or without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the participation agreement, the site, the services, the inability to use the services or those resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the services.

Compliance Laws and Entire Agreement

You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service.

No Agency Relationship

You and the site are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Disputes and Resolution

That you hereby expressly agree that any controversy or claim between a user and the site arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement and the site, the same shall be resolved and settled by mutual consultation and shall be closed. That any dispute if it could not be resolved by mutual consultations shall be resolved by Mediation/Arbitration in accordance with applicable Law in India. The venue for any dispute resolution mechanism shall be in Bangalore, India. That you expressly consents to the Courts in Bangalore jurisdiction, India exercising personal jurisdiction over Client in the event of any dispute relating to this Agreement.

Applicability of Law

The site and the services are arranged, sponsored, or managed by the site in Bangalore, India. The laws of the India shall govern this User Agreement and all of its terms and conditions.

Understanding the Agreement

Subject to amendment as discussed below, this agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us and you with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Amendment of this Agreement

We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective 7 days after they are initially posted on our site. This agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing and signed by both parties.

If any provisions of this agreement are determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be binding, with the same force and effect as if the illegal or unenforceable parts were deleted.

Breach of Agreement

We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership, any of your current auctions, and any other information you place on the site if you breach this agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.

Service Conditions

The site reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. The client hereby expressly agrees that the site shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service except to the extent of liability as set forth hereinbefore.

Service Guarantee

There is no guarantee that any courts or government agencies will accept any of the information, applications, or forms provided by the site. Documents and information provided by the site do not give the customer any advantage over documents and information provided by any other legal, paralegal or business information service company, any other attorney, any other financial advisor, etc.

Supplementary Information

This site supplements the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties (such as agents, attorneys or government entities). The request of and provision of information is based on the assumption that all parties involved provide the required information in a complete and truthful manner. The site cannot be held responsible for the veracity and/or reliability of information provided by the customer or by any third parties.

Default of Services

The site shall not be held liable or considered in default of its service agreements, implied or express, when the delay of performance is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and occurring without our fault or negligence, such as, but not limited to the following:

Failure by third party subcontractors, suppliers and/or carriers to provide agreed upon service(s)

Problems or failures in accessing on-line information sources

Problems or failures with phone lines, internet access service, web site hosting service, or other third party service providers, such as, but not limited to the following:

• Server failures
• Software glitches
• Disputes with copyright owners
• Licensor labor disputes
• Wide spread virus problems (which may incapacitate a single computer, the server, or the internet as a whole)
• Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire)
• Wars, riots or other acts of civil or military authorities
• National emergencies
